Overall I like the shades, especially the design. I am having trouble with detaching the connections, but I will work on that with an oil lubricant. I may have screwed them together too tightly. I ordered 6 screens and only receive 5 tightening screws for tightening the shade to the rod.

Hi,
I am glad to hear you like the Mandala design. Each one comes with two set screws for the two holes in the rod receiver. The second hole is actually redundant but we went ahead and sent two screws per shade holder anyway. They will still hold well with just one screw in one of the holes. And I think you meant you got 10 set screws rather than 12?
