Shipping policy

We do our best to ship products within 3 days of an order but there might be times we have a back order or are awaiting product in which case the buyer will be informed as to the soonest expected delivery date.  If the package/product is damaged during shipping, please notify us right away (info@shade-a-rella.com) with pictures and a description of the damage and your phone number so that we can contact the shipping company to claim the insurance and work on a replacement or return.
